Police officer John Dugan fled the US for Russia in 2016. In his own country, he was initially followed by the FBI. The reason is simple: Dugan began to speak openly about his colleagues, including those who were involved in corruption and crime. When he was fired from the police force, he founded the PBSO Talk website, where anyone can anonymously report Secret Service wrongdoing. The site quickly gained popularity.
